How does the 30-day free trial work?
To get access to your free trial, you need to select the Professional Plan from our pricing page. After you subscribe, you will be free to use your account for the duration of your trial period. You are free to cancel your subscription anytime you want - during or after the trial period. Enjoy!
Why do I need a credit card for a free trial?
We ask for your credit card information to make sure that everyone gets only one free trial. It's important to remember that we won't bill anything during your free trial. The first billing will be issued after your free trial period has expired.

Can I change my plans at anytime?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plans anytime you want by going to the "Settings" in your account. If you are choosing a bigger plan, you will pay the difference. If you are choosing a smaller plan, you might have to disable some deactivate some data in your account, but you will continue to have access to your history according to our Terms of Use.
Do you have any contracts or cancelation fees?
No, MintMetrics is a pay-as-you-go service so you can cancel anytime you want. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to all your plan's features for the remainder of your month. Please keep in mind we don't give refunds for partial months.
